Just spent 3 days in a double room here and it was great! the room had a nice view of the garden and the bed was super comfy. 😊

The rooms here were well-kept and stylish, featuring a fantastic shower and incredibly comfortable beds.

Stayed ten nights and each morning there was a different breakfast. English-speaking staff were patient and encouraging with attempts at Spanish. Warmest hospitality and best value in the capital. Casa Jota feels like a home away from home, with warm welcomes, laundry service, and even meals available upon request. Staff create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, facilitating guest interactions. Well-equipped and cleaned rooms. Grate location. Helpful staff offering advice and information.

The hosts were kind and breakfast was okay, plus the hotel was located in a safe neighbourhood, which was a relief given the surrounding areas. Further, the hotel was close to the city center, which made commuting very easy and kept us on schedule. The staff was also very friendly and helpful when it came to storing our luggage before check-in.

The bed was not very comfortable, and my back definitely felt the effect of that for several days after staying at this hotel. the hot water was scarce, and both the room and bathroom felt a bit messy and unclean.

the location was also good, with easy access to public transportation and a safe residential area. we appreciated having our room cleaned daily.

We were not impressed with the lack of heating in the room. It was unbearably cold, and despite the extra blankets provided, we still felt uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to store my luggage before check-in, and made sure I had clean towels and a comfortable room with a hot shower. The breakfast provided was tasty and filling. the hotel was situated in a safe area with convenient transportation options, including UBER and taxis that could take you almost anywhere in the city.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Jota. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even picked us up from the airport, a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, and the internet connection was fast. Despite the slight distance from the city center, we enjoyed the safe and quiet setting. The staff also did their best to accommodate my fiancée's needs when she wasn't feeling well. I highly recommend this hotel.
